to be in heat already but apparantly around 6 months is the right time. She was definitely not her usual cheery self and was lying about looking very world weary when I saw her.

Uitje in Dutch can mean both 'outing' and 'small onion'... this blog is gradully moving away from outings and more towards a greater variety of, em, onions?
