Katie and Anita are going to Japan on Thursday

So of course I couldn't resist the excuse to dress up yesterday...

This is my best attempt at looking Japanese. Unfortunately you can see the soles of my feet and this is sO wrong in Japan...

Note the camera hanging round my neck for that authentic Japanese touch.

Amnesty Boekenmarkt in Baarrrrn

Janneke en ik gingen naar de jaarlijkse (??) boekenmarkt in Baarrrn vanochtend. Ik wilde uiteraard 'niet zo veel kopen' (I need more books like I need more shoes...) maar luister nou, er waren gewoon Te Veel Geweldige boeken om ze te laten liggen en ach, voor ongeveer 15 euro zo'n stapel en ook nog voor een goede doel, dat is toch Helemaal Goed!?



Kijk hoe hebberig ik kijk naar mijn stapel verse boeken. Hanneke - let op De Groene Tas van Tante, die goed gebruikt wordt.


Janneke is ook duidelijk trots op haar vangst.


Ook nog een toeristische tip - als je ooit op de Brink in Baarn bent, ga niet op het terras zitten met auto's die dicht bij je langs rijden, ga boven zitten in het Hema cafeetje. Mooiere uitzicht op het pleintje en grote open ramen voor genoeg frisse lucht.
